What is your return policy?
We offer Pakistan’s first 90-Day Easy Return. You can request a return within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
How do I request a refund?
You need to send the product back to our return address. Once received and inspected, the product amount is refunded, and a confirmation screenshot is shared.
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Items that are used, worn, damaged, altered, or tampered with are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.
Who pays the return shipping cost for refunds?
For refunds, customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to our address
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We provide a hassle-free exchange service where our rider collects the item and delivers the replacement—no need for you to send the parcel.
Is the exchange service free?
Exchange service is subject to product availability and condition verification at pickup. Any applicable charges will be communicated beforehand.
How long does the refund process take?
Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned item. Processing time may take 3 to 5 days.
What amount will be refunded?
Only the product amount is refundable. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
What if the product is damaged or incorrect on delivery?
Contact us immediately after receiving the parcel with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
